Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a rebooking fee of 50% per service missed. Non refundable prepayment of services may be required after the second incident.
If an appointment is no showed, 100% of the cost of services missed is required before another appointment can be scheduled. If a second incident occurs, I will no longer be able to provide services for you.
Can I work or have a silent appointment?

Absolutely! We have free wifi for you to enjoy! I completely understand if you need to work or need quiet time to relax and decompress. Please don't hesitate to let me know before we get started if you need to work or don't want to chat.
What happens if I'm late?

Services for guests running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. I will do my best to accommodate, but if you are more than fifteen minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and cancellation fees may apply. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know.
How do I know what to book?

If you aren't sure what to schedule for after viewing the service menu, please fill out my digital consultation form and I will reach out via email to discuss what services would be best for your hair goals.
What is your re-do policy?

If you are having difficulties with your color or cut, please contact me within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct any issues at no additional charge. Due to the artistic nature of my services, I do not offer refunds.
Please note that a re-do is different than not liking something on yourself if it was agreed upon or you changed your mind. Not achieving desired results in one session if we have discussed in the consultation that it will require multiple sessions does not constitute a re-do.
Do you offer discounts or specials?

I have a referral and loyalty program for my guests that you will receive details about at your first appointment. I occasionally do fun little things during the holidays.
Is it true dirty hair is best for color?
​
This is a long perpetrated myth. Excess product build up and oils actually prohibit the color/lightener from working as effectively. Please come to your appointment with clean hair, styled as you normally would.
What if I don't like the retail I purchased?
​
I want you to love your hair and the products you use to take care of your investment. Exchanges at full credit are accepted as long as you notify me within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Can I bring my children to my appointment?
​
For safety and liability reasons, I ask that you please leave your children at home. Don't get me wrong - I love kids and have two of my own, but the salon is not a safe place for them.
